Shipping policy

Delivery Conditions:

Delivery is only available to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Shipping Costs:

We charge a flat shipping fee of £2.95 per order.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days with an order cut-off time of 17:00 (GMT).

Delivery Times:

Delivery to addresses in the United Kingdom usually takes 10–15 days after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

Dispatch origin:

Pawsnest is operated from Germany by Wahrnehmungsgestalter GmbH. Many of our items are shipped directly by our manufacturing and fulfilment partners and are typically dispatched from outside the United Kingdom, which is why delivery can take 10–15 days.

Customs and import charges:

Because items are shipped to the United Kingdom from outside the country, import VAT and/or customs duties may apply depending on the value of your order and the UK import rules in force. Where such charges apply, they are payable by the recipient on delivery. The price shown at checkout is the price payable to us; we will make any potential additional charges as clear as possible before you complete your purchase.
