Section 3 - Products and pricing

Prices for our products are shown in GBP and are subject to change without notice. Where a product is shown with a previous ("was") price, that previous price reflects a genuine price at which the item was offered for at least 30 consecutive days before the reduction. We make every effort to display product colours and images accurately, but cannot guarantee that your display renders them exactly.

Section 4 - Taxes, shipping and import charges

Shipping costs are stated at checkout. All UK VAT applicable to your order is included in the price shown; no additional import duty or customs charge will arise for orders dispatched under the applicable UK import rules. Section 5 - Accuracy of information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The binding delivery window for the United Kingdom is as stated in our Shipping Policy.

Section 8 - Returns and refunds

Your purchases are subject to return, cancellation or exchange in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Shopify provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Shopify processes certain data as a processor on our behalf in connection with the operation of the store.

Nothing in these Terms removes or reduces the mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under United Kingdom law.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@pawsnest.uk so we can try to resolve it. Independent advice is available from Citizens Advice (www.citizensadvice.org.uk) and your local Trading Standards service. Where a dispute cannot be resolved, you may be able to use a certified Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme; details will be provided on request.
